Welcome to HighwaySurfer ("we", "our", or "us"). HighwaySurfer is a mobile game developed and published by Hawk Games, an independent individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use our app.

• Advertising ID: the app may access the device advertising ID for advertising and analytics purposes. Users can reset or limit this identifier in device settings.
• Payment Data: in-app purchase transactions processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. We do not store payment card details.
• Game Services: if you sign in using Google Play Games, basic information such as player ID, display name, and achievements may be used for leaderboards and game services.

Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and are licensed, not sold. Refunds are handled by the app store.
